1. Reservation Deposit: "To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required within 15 days of booking. This deposit is essential to reserve your preferred dates for the fly fishing trip."

2. Balance Payment: "The remaining balance of your booking is due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.                                                                                                                                                                                             -Wire Transfer:  You can wire the funds directly to our designated Bank account, Please contact our customer support by email or phone calls. Please locate the contacts information at the bottom of our pages. To get the necessary bank account details for the wire transfer.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           -PayPal:  Alternatively you can make the payment through PayPal. Simply log in to your PayPal account and send the payment to (PayPal E-mail Address) as there is no bank on the island." The payment information will be delivery by e-mail.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits: "Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. This policy ensures that your reservation is secured and resources are allocated for your fly fishing trip."

4. Date Changes: "We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. While deposits are non-refundable, we will do our best to accommodate date changes. Please note that a small fee of $100 per person will be charged for any date changes to cover administrative costs."

5. Travel Insurance Recommendation: "We strongly recommend that all anglers purchase travel insurance for their trip. Travel insurance provides valuable coverage in case of unforeseen events that may lead to trip cancellations or interruptions."

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances: "Please note that trips cancelled or shortened due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, acts of nature (including hurricanes), airline delays, strikes, or political unrest, are non-refundable. Additionally, any unused portion of the package by the angler's choice is non-refundable."

7. Cancellation Policy: "All cancellations must be received in writing and sent to North Andros Fly Fishing."

8. Insurance Responsibility: "The purchase, confirmation, and updating of medical evacuation and trip insurance policies are the responsibility of the client. Unless specifically noted, these policies are not included with any North Andros Fly Fishing package
