Long known as one of the best guide services in The Bahamas, North Andros Fly Fishing was established in 2005 by the late Phillip and Elizabeth Rolle, whose dedication and passion for the sport continue today in the capable hands of Phillip's brother Mark Rolle, also a native Androsian, and his wife Osiris.

North Andros Fly Fishing Company is here to make your bonefishing excursion easy and hassle-free. We handle all the details for you, so you can focus on the perfect cast, that once-in-a-lifetime catch, and pure relaxation off the water.

Your fly-fishing experience
Before you arrive, we reserve one of our expert guides based on the size, experience, and goals of your group. We provide accommodation for up to nine anglers in our two quiet, private cottages just steps from your own empty beach and clear blue waters, perfect for a swim and a dazzling snorkle. We prepare and deliver all your meals and non-alcoholic beverages (you can easily stock your own bar nearby or walk to a local beachside spot for drinks and fishing tales). We’ll pick you up from San Andros airport and deliver you to your flight at departure time. Your hosts are nearby and available to help you with anything you need during your stay and to discover the one-of-a-kind magic of North Andros. If you’ve never been to Andros Island, we’ll help you navigate all the logistics and plan your trip for maximum enjoyment. Call us and we’ll get you oriented!

Before your trip
If you've never traveled to Andros, we will help you plan and navigate every step, from planning your travel to obtaining your fishing license. to packing your bag for the sun, sea, and style of this remarkable island.

Arrival day at North Andros
When you arrive at San Andros airport, our team will pick you up promptly and take you directly to your cottage or accommodate other needs. However, if they have other plans or preferences, we are flexible and can accommodate their needs.
For those who choose to go to the lodge, we provide everything they need in the kitchen to prepare their own breakfast. It allows them to start their day at their own pace, ensuring they are fueled up for the exciting activities ahead

You can spend your first day relaxing at the lodge which is steps away from beautiful beaches for swimming, snorkeling, or fishing the surf at your leisure.

On the first day, you can choose to have lunch delivered to your lodge or venture out to a local restaurant. We are more than happy to provide recommendations and assist with reservations if desired.

Every evening at 6:30, you'll have a hearty casual dinner prepared for you with a focus on fresh local seafood. The menu may include crawfish when in season, shrimp, conch, fresh fish, and local fare.

Fishing day
Your cottage is stocked with breakfast food so you can prepare breakfast at your own pace. On the first fishing day, our team will pick you up at 7:15 am to head out for Joulter Cays.
We'll pack a lunch of sandwiches, chips, sweets, water, sodas, Gatorade, and other non-alcoholic beverages.

You'll arrive back at the dock at 4:30 pm from the dock and take you back to the lodge or to a shop if you wish to stock up on beverages, snacks, or other items.

Our Androsian team of certified fishing guides knows the waters around Andros and the bonefish that inhabit them. They use the best boats and equipment for the flats off North Andros and they have a sixth sense for spotting bonefish. We'll assign your guide based on the needs of your group. and you can count on both great fishing and a great experience.
